Service Description

Please arrive wearing your sling or carrier where possible. If you don't know how to use your sling or carrier, please book a consultation so we can teach you. A quick 10 minute fit check to ensure your sling or carrier is safe, secure and comfortable. It can be your own or one you've hired or purchased from us. If you are making a purchase, you get one of these for free either in person or online!

Cancellation Policy

RESCHEDULE We understand that babies and children are unpredictable and where possible we will always reschedule your appointment. Please give us as much notice as possible. We will only be able to reschedule once per booking you make. CANCELLATION Appointments cancelled with less than 24h notice will not be eligible for a refund. Appointments cancelled with less than 48h notice will be eligible for a deposit to be refunded. Appointments cancelled more than 48h in advance will be entitled to a full refund.
