Cancellation Policy

RESCHEDULE We understand that babies and children are unpredictable and where possible we will always reschedule your appointment. Please give us as much notice as possible. We will only be able to reschedule once per booking you make. CANCELLATION Appointments cancelled with less than 24h notice will not be eligible for a refund. Appointments cancelled with less than 48h notice will be eligible for a deposit to be refunded. Appointments cancelled more than 48h in advance will be entitled to a full refund.
